Maricopa County, AZ continues to be the subject of much-needed scrutiny.
Do you remember the name, Elliott Kerwin? Of course not, the legacy, so-called “mainstream” media, and self-serving election officials told you that the 2020 Maricopa County election, in fact, elections in every state were the “most secure in history.” Now disgraced CISA Director, Kris Krebs, was in a rush to announce that to the world within hours of the closing of polls. But his claim did not comport with what Arizona legislators, suspicious of many claims, were told in the rush for confirmation. It smelled like week-old fish left on a hot dock.
In the fullness of time, it’s evident the narrative was a total psyop to cover a coup d’état.
Now, a letter from FBI Director Kash Patel has surfaced that deepens the mystery and suspicion that goes with it further. Media outlets are suddenly interested in the cyber breach that nobody wanted to acknowledge, especially the Biden administration FBI. When I asked a whistleblower a few years into the investigation, “Why didn’t you step forward immediately when the Arizona Legislative Ad Hoc Hearing on Election Integrity was held on November 30, 2020?” His answer made perfect sense. “Turn it over to who? Bill Barr? Merrick Garland, Christopher Wray? James Comey? It would have been buried, and maybe me with it.”
The Maricopa County Recorder’s voter registration data was hacked by a local resident named Elliot Kerwin. The hack from late October to early November was investigated by the FBI. NOTHING happened, but that is not atypical of federal investigations, even county and state investigations, for several reasons. Sometimes, all of the elements of a crime are just not there. But sometimes, and this is one of those times, the evidence is overwhelming, and it questions a narrative that those in power cannot allow “out of the box.”
The public was told that there had been a hack, and that was pretty much the end of the story. But we were not told that 633,000 voter files, including 930 that were “sensitive, nonpublic data files,” were taken. And most frustrating, neither the US Attorney’s Office in Arizona, nor the Arizona Attorney General (a “Republican”) took action. They simply declined to prosecute even though they had hard evidence and a confession.
It is pure speculation, but there are a number of reasons the prosecution might not have taken place. Perhaps there was a plea, where the suspect admitted to how he did it in exchange for leniency. Or, perhaps it was just another loose end in the coup that had to be tied off. Elliott is lucky he is still alive, given the sordid past of the Democratic Party and how threats to their agenda come up murdered or die in an unfortunate accident.
Odd how now the media now cares when it sought to vilify then…
Legacy media and propaganda narrative spinners continue to vilify the pursuit of truth. And then there are the “pop-ups,” which are fake news outlets that have no intention of promoting complete and accurate information, but instead promote all manner of false narratives. NewsGuard, one such “pop-up,” continues the mission to follow directions from the [DS] on who to vilify and what the narrative must be to cover their crimes. Well, the genie is now out of the bottle, and the American people are wise to what happened. Accusations of treason are not that far off base. We are experiencing a sometimes kinetic civil war with factions of parties, liike for instance the Democratic Socialists of America.
In typical Saul Alinsky style, propaganda sites are predictably vilifying real news outlets for publishing declassified documents and facts released by the Office of the National Director of Intelligence and from the FBI itself. The release is part of the clean-up of a weaponized coup cadre, embedded in our federal and state government apparatus. Now that the documentation is released, we no longer have a “conspiracy theory,” it is a theorem.
Even Forbes is now reporting on a story that, at one time, they thought unworthy. The Gateway Pundit, for its part, has done what real journalists do: report on facts. Now that the dam has broken and the flood of information is coming out about the coup, the spin doctors have to take action to escape prosecution for themselves for treason. Indisputable evidence in the form of documents released Thursday morning by the White House Government Transparency Task Force reveals:
- the massive data breach,
- an investigation by the FBI,
- a suspect who admitted to the elements of the crime,
- the locations where the crime occurred,
- the timeline,
- a years-long attempt by FBI good guys to get someone to prosecute the case,
- and, official closure the case due to a lack of prosecutor interest.
End-point Testing and Monitoring are crucial security steps…
While NOTHING has been done by the Maricopa County government to address the breach, except obfuscation and denial of the problem, there remains a cybersecurity insurance policy that ought to have a claim filed against. Under the FY 2026/27 NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) Sec. 6805, endpoint testing is now mandatory. What is endpoint testing? It is essentially a white-hat intrusion attempt of a computer system from “outside the fence,” basically a simulated cyber attack.
