During the interview, Finchem criticized Governor Katie Hobbs’ record number of vetoes, arguing that Arizonans are looking for leadership that gets results instead of obstructing legislation. He also discussed government accountability, highlighting legislative audits that uncovered waste, fraud, and abuse, while emphasizing the need to support law enforcement, improve public safety, and restore affordability.
Finchem also credited Arizona’s Republican grassroots volunteers, precinct committeemen, and local activists for the party’s strong primary turnout, saying their efforts have built momentum for November.
