If you plan to vote in the November election, you must register to vote or update your voter registration by October 11th. Arizona offers three options for registering to vote or updating your registration: online, by mail, or in person at your County Recorder’s office.
General Requirements
To vote in Arizona, you must:
Proof of citizenship is required to register to vote. If you have an Arizona drivers license or non-operating identification card issued after October 1, 1996, you will only need to list the license number on box 9 of the voter registration form. If you do not have an Arizona license you willl need to provide one of the following documents:
Online Registration
If you have an Arizona driver’s license and/or an Arizona non-operating I.D. card, you may register to vote through Service Arizona EZ Voter Registration.
Registration By Mail
If you do not have an Arizona drivers license or Arizona non-operating I.D. card, but still meet the requirements listed above, you can register to vote by mail. Print out a copy of the Voter Registration Form (link) and mail it to your County Recorder’s office. To find your County Recorder’s office, click here.

You may also visit your County Recorder’s office and fill out a registration form in person.
