Representative Mark Finchem (LD-11), announces introduction of HB-567, a Bill to repeal Sec. C(1) of A.R.S.§ 36-787 “Public health authority during state of emergency or state of war emergency; notices; appeals”.
The purpose of this Bill is to provide relief to the People of Arizona who have become fearful of what their state government might do if the power to force vaccination upon our citizens remains on the books. “Our civil rights, and personal franchise are protected by our Constitution, they are not to be discarded nor abrogated for for any reason; and it is clear that we find ourselves on the slippery slope of tyranny. When a government official, whether elected or bureaucrat, has, through the exercise of police powers, the authority to order a resident of this state to accept an injection of any kind, and by force if necessary, civil rights no longer exist.” says Representative Mark Finchem, LD-11).
“My constituents overwhelmingly reject the broad, tyrannical power that this section of law permits, especially in light of the medical science and what has long been respected as a right to voluntary vaccination. I am especially concerned that the so-called “vaccination” formulations have not undergone legitimate clinical trials, and that hospitalization of those who took the jab appear to be higher than those who have not. This runs counter to the stated purpose of the “vaccination” program that some individuals in the FDA have promoted to prevent virus spread.
The repeal affects the section of law which says, the governor, in consultation with the director of the department of health services, may issue orders that, “[M]andate treatment or vaccination of persons who are diagnosed with anilines resulting from exposure or who are reasonably believed to have been exposed or who may reasonably be expected to be exposed.”
We each have ultimate authority over our own bodies—Roe v. Wade and the whole “my body, my choice” comes to mind—and the state must never be permitted to have the power to force the People to accept a permanent, life altering substance into their body. This is especially so when alternative treatments that do not alter one’s DNA are available,” says Rep. Finchem. This is a fight for an individual’s right to consent.”
